Hard Working Boy

So proud of this boy!!! John Caden shoveled mulch for 4 hours to help us get our dump truck load of mulch spread out before the rain came.  When I told him at the end of the day what a hardworker he was he humbly said, "Well, Poppa was a good helper to me."  Thank you John Caden! (And so grateful that Poppa could come and be your "helper").

John Caden's new favorite outdoor activity is raking leaves.  He loves it so much that we've even spotted him pulling leaves off plants and trees and throwing them on the grass so that he'll have more to rake.

Sweet Treat on Valentine's Day

John Caden obviously enjoyed the Chocolate Mud Cake I made for dessert tonight!

After licking his bowl dry he said, "Mommy is the best cooker ever!"

Anna and John Caden love going to the dentist because we have the sweetest dentist in the world!  John Caden adores Dr. Vo so much that he couldn't take his eyes off of her today and kept wanting to follow her around the office.  :)
